With our equity partners we can arrange 100% funding for the construction component of qualified projects with our structure at outstanding blended rates.
Typically there are no limits to the amount of funding. We will, however, be limited by factors such as term, market segment, transaction overview for the investment and strength of the company and principles requesting funding.
Our clients looking for investment capital are currently in the ten to hundreds of Millions on a typical basis and are only limited by the location and viability of the project.
